This article discusses the three important components in Security Management - Hardware (equipment, system and technology), software (processes, procedures and approaches) and peopleware (role of management, the role and function of the Security Managers, and the management of security personnel). The message is to highlight the awareness of what are the three wares and the emphasis over the interface and integration of the three components to improve the overall management of security.

The problem with many of the current wave of electronic medical implants is that they are made out of synthetic materials that the body has to adapt to. The adaption can go awry sometimes and people find that their body actually rejects the implant and this can lead to a massive array of health issues.
